3. Payment Terms

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times may vary based on the location and availability of the product. • Any delivery dates provided are estimates and Dwarikadhish Food Industry shall not be liable for any delays. • Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Return and Refund Policy
